LEH SIGHTSEEING
Ladakh is a high-altitude cold desert region with a rich historic culture, where each village boasts its own historic monastery and folk stories. On this tour, Dawa Adventure, Ladakh aim to introduce you to Ladakh, its history, and the background of the highlighted monastery. Most of the villages are situated on the banks of the Indus River, a famous river that flows between two stunning mountain ranges, marking the division between the Eurasian and Indian tectonic plates. You will be captivated by the cinematic views and breathtaking landscapes. Additionally, the monastery features a historic and colorful mural with a beautiful message. We also try to promote eco tourism in Ladakh, promoting local homestay to help small businesses or locals. Which will also help to minimise carbon footprint during the tour.
